Well with NDIC permit #7094 is in the west half of that section and reader's deed is only E2 of E2 of that section, so #7094 is not in reader's domain.

October 19, 2020: reader mentioned that the reader will be getting division orders from White Rock Oil & Gas for Fredrickson, Powell, Rehab, and State wells noted in the narrative above and the graphics below. Of the four wells, only one is still producing, the "State of North Dakota F 1," #11492, producing about 700 bbls/month, targeting the MADISON formation, and not the Bakken.

Reader's Request Regarding Deed Descriptions In Williams County -- October 9, 2019

Reader recently (10/19) sent list of deed descriptions in Williams County.

This is what I find.

The parcel designation is my own personal designation; is not an official designation; and no one else uses this designation. I use it to keep track of parcels I am asked about.

In the request referred to above, there were five items -- each item with a legal description.

Each item referenced a specific township, and one or more sections.

There were five item numbers, and therefore five townships. Across the five townships there were eight sections which I designate with parcel numbers.
