June 1, 2023: case #30155, NDIC hearing dockets, June 29, 2023. It appears CLR will drill a lateral along the west line of the two sections in which the Anna wells are located.
May 4, 2021: on this date, the reader received an offer from Incline Energy Partners to purchase these seven acres for $2.912.14 / acre or a total of $20,385.00. It is my experience (based on very, very limited data) landmen typically offer about 20% of the long-term value of any property. If so, this property is being valued at $100,000.
