May, 2021: Enerplus acquires Bruin wells in the Bakken.

August 15, 2019: Legacy recently filed bankruptcy. Legacy is operator of the Spring Creek Federal well in McKenzie County. Another operator will most likely take over. Information will be sent to Tucker's representative ("Ryan") and "Ryan" will file whatever pleadings are necessary.
