Division orders from MRO dated September 5, 2019, did not include the Voss well.


Family representative is aware of this and has contacted MRO:

Marathon matched the family’s ownership of the legal description per our Dunn County Quit Claim Deeds with the legal description of the Voss well. They gave the family representative a case number to reference as they have to review the title. It may take up to 60 days to hear back.
