Reader owns minerals in sections 15, 20, 21, and 22 with the red stars.
Stars 17 and 20: 1280-acre spacing.
Stars 21 and 28: 1280-acre spacing.
Not shown: section 33 to the south of section 18: sections 33 - 28 - 21: 1920-acre spacing.
Stars 15 and 22: 1280-acre spacing.
Reader owns minerals in section 21.
Oasis is drilling six more Bergem wells in section 33. These Bergem wells will run three sections to the north, ending in section 21 where the reader owns minerals.
Royalties from these six Oasis Bergem wells will be shared by reader who owns minerals in section 21.
This Bergem well is already producing and the reader is collecting royalties from this well:
This is the pad that has six new Oasis Bergem wells that will run north into section 21.
This is what it will look like when the six new Oasis Bergem wells are completed. My hunch: royalties will start to be paid by summer, 2024.
