Nine Point Energy --> Bowline Energy --> Neptune Operating

Updates

March 4, 2024: This is so amazing, so incredible, so rewarding. At the time of the original post, a reader gave me enough information to suggest that Neptune Operating was a wholly owned subsidiary of Kraken. Now, today, the reader sent me confirmatory evidence that Neptune Operating is, indeed, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kraken.

Mailing address:

Neptune Operating LLC
9805 Katy Fwy Ste 300
Houston, TX 77024-1269

Compare with the mailing address of Kraken.

In addition, according to the reader, Neptune royalties are paid by the same "banking facility" that pays Kraken royalties.

I should ask the reader about the telephone numbers for each company. LOL.

Note

Neptune Operating LLC and Kraken Marketing LLC share the same address suggesting Neptune is a wholly-owned subsidiary of "Kraken."

Neptune Operating Is Now The Operator For The Kay Arnson Well

Bowline went into bankruptcy. Assets were bought by Kraken. Apparently not all Bowline wells were bought by Kraken. Neptune Operating got at least one. Official date for Kay Arnson well from Bowline to Neptune Operating: February 21, 2023.
